Payment Processing

Once we receive your order, please allow up to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Because some items are made to order at our headquarters, we must ensure that all payments are successfully processed before fulfillment begins.

Please note that payment processing time is separate from shipping time. The shipping timeframe begins once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information will become active once the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) has received and scanned your package into their system.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Most orders require 3–5 business days for processing, followed by an additional 3–5 business days for shipping, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

We ship all orders through trusted third-party carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. To help ensure your package arrives on time, please double-check that your shipping address is entered accurately, including your street number, abbreviations, building name, and apartment or unit number.

Harambe Clothing and its subsidiaries are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information. Once a package leaves our headquarters and is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over its delivery.
